 Hello, this week we are talking about a real story about a town that was destroyed by a natural disaster and was rebuilt with the hard work of the local people and the help and support of the whole of America. Also, Wednesday will be an outing day (to a museum in Keelung) so please use that day to study at home. The Green City story will NOT be on the Midterm Exam-only the first three stories-Titanic, Little House on the Prairie and the Milton Hershey biography will be on it. The Green City and Grace and Grandma stories will be tested even though they will not appear on the Midterm or Final Exams. Anyways, please study hard. Remember-although the vocabulary of the previous week is quite difficult-everything that appears in the first three readings, including this one, and all vocabulary from these weeks (#1-18) might appear on the Midterm Exams.
